What was important in our upbringing: We weren``t allowed to talk back, never talk back. We always had to go to church, always. We were very religious. We ..had to attend every church service and .. we looked after each other. .. we did fight, but not a lot. When people say, with so many children there must be a lot of fighting, it wasnt like that ... when there was a disagreement she always said: "Get out - out!" And that was that ... we had - you can't really say, "a good childhood", - others probably had it similar - just not so many children. When a large bunch of kids gets together, then you can imagine what it's like in the kitchen.
